A nice location with good surrounding views. the room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet was tasty and varied. the hotel had ski storage and a bus stop nearby, making access easy.
The WiFi was very weak and unusable at times.

The booked budget room was not available so we actually stayed at the nearby 4* hotel for the same price. The stay was just for one night because we were just passing by. The breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful.
Small pool and relaxing area. However, the two hotels have some spa of their own. But we were not told if it was open or if we could use it.

Celebrating the new year at this hotel was great. Its location near the thermal spa made it easy and convenient for us to enjoy the warm water. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a variety of delicious foods to satisfy our hunger. Additionally, the friendly staff made us feel truly welcomed and comfortable during our stay.
While the hotel offered free wifi access, it was not consistent and often hard to connect to from our room. Furthermore, the hairdryer was old and not very effective, making it hard for my wife to dry her long hair.

Had a great New Year at a hotel with fantastic breakfast buffet filled with various options including fresh fruits and pastries. It is placed in a perfect location with easy access to the ski bus stop and ski storage facility. the hotel had a beautiful environment with breathtaking scenic views of the surrounding.
The noise insulation could be improved. The neighboring guests were loud, and we could hear every word they said as if they were in our room.

The host was kind and helpful, easily solved payment issue. Great breakfast with variety. Convenient location near ski bus stop and ski storage. Beautiful environment and view. Friendly receptionist, nice and welcoming. Good location near attractions. Child-friendly with tennis courts, pool, and fishing lake. Spacious and clean rooms. Informative receptionist about nearby restaurants.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

During my stay, I found the hotel staff to be very friendly and accommodating with excellent customer service. The breakfast had a great assortment of tasty foods to indulge in each morning. Additionally, the hotel's location was conveniently close to various attractions and public transportation.
Nothing that I didn't like.
